A free consultation can be booked any time online. We will send a brief intake form to get an understanding of your circumstances and wishes, but there is no obligation to move forward (and there is no requirement to fill in a 20-page questionnaire before even speaking with us).
During our consult, we will be able to address any questions you may have about your life-changing decisions. We will get to know each other, discuss the options available to you, and provide a personalized quote.
If you would like to move forward, we will send you an engagement letter for your review and signature.
Our visa questionnaires will guide you through the information we need in order to properly advise you – but if you aren’t sure about something or don’t have the info readily available, no problem, that’s what we are here to help you with. At this point you will need to show your English proficiency exam results, get your criminal record certificate – if you’re working in certain jobs, your tuberculosis test results if you’re from a listed country, etc.
Together we will collect all the documents needed to apply for your visa and we will review them with you until all the final versions are ready. We will ensure you have an appointment at the nearest Consulate office near to you for your visa interview and make sure you are ready for the interview.
Once your visa application has been submitted we shall keep you informed of the progress. In the case of a refusal, we shall discuss with you how we can appeal or progress on a different path.
