Since the 1600s, in one form or another, the United Kingdom has been a union of four countries Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and England. From 1972 to 2020 the UK was a leading member of the Union of European nations in one way or another. In 2020 the final aspects of Brexit were finally enacted, and the UK left the European Union, leaving behind the long-established freedom of movement of people throughout the EU member states. To counter the effects of the loss of the Free Movement o the UK a new Immigration Bill was created based on a non-national discriminatory points-based system (PBS), enabling people from outside the UK to contribute to the UK economy in private and public services.

The UK is focusing on the growth of its markets and maintaining its reputation as a robust, business-friendly environment for businesses to expand, trade and invest reliably. The new PBS will help create a diverse high-wage, high-skill, high-productivity economy with talented international workers, startups, entrepreneurs, specialists and businesses setting up their headquarters in the UK. DRSI Global is here to help you with its years of experience in Global Immigration Solutions
