The initial requirements for aspiring leader in the Arts ,Culture and Architecture to apply for Global Talent Work Visa:
1. MEDIA ARTICLES
Provide evidence showing media articles about you or your work (2 pieces of evidence as a link)
2. DISTRIBUTION EVIDENCE
Provide evidence about distribution of your work such as a gallery exhibition, a sale of your song, a performance of your work etc (2-3 pieces of evidence as a link)

- INITIAL VISA APPLICATION FORM:
Once your initial questionnaire has been submitted, a detailed High Potential Visa(HPI) application form will be sent by our team to your email address. - PROFESSIONAL ASSESSMENT PROCESS:
Based on your filled Application form, the DRSI LAW team will evaluate your eligibility to apply for an HPI visa to the United Kingdom. - OFFICIAL UK VISA APPLICATION:
If our legal team at DRSI LAW finds you eligible to apply for an HPI Visa in the UK, we will schedule a consultation meeting to discuss your case in more detail. Together, we will strategize on the best manner in which to proceed and find out which route is right for you. - WELCOME TO THE UNITED KINGDOM:
Your HPI Visa is initially valid for two years (three if you have a PhD) during that time you may be eligible to switch to a different type of visa such as a skilled worker visa to continue living and working in the United Kingdom. - WELCOME TO THE UNITED KINGDOM:
If you remain in the UK for 5 years your next process will be to apply for ‘Leave to Remain’ status and later, apply for a UK passport.
