REQUIREMENTS

The initial requirements for aspiring leader in the Arts ,Culture and Architecture to apply for Global Talent Work Visa:

1. MEDIA ARTICLES

Provide evidence showing media articles about you or your work (2 pieces of evidence as a link)

2. DISTRIBUTION EVIDENCE

Provide evidence about distribution of your work such as a gallery exhibition, a sale of your song, a performance of your work etc (2-3 pieces of evidence as a link)

  1. INITIAL VISA APPLICATION FORM:
    After clicking submit, you will receive an email from the DRSI Global team with a link to schedule an online, free and non-obligatory information gathering meeting and a more detailed questionnaire that you should complete and return before the scheduled appointment.
  2. INFORMATION GATHERING MEETING:
    Together, we will explore your professional qualifications and suitability for this visa route based on your answers in the detailed questionnaire.
  3. PROFESSIONAL ASSESSMENT PROCESS:
    Based on the results of the meeting, the DRSI Global team will evaluate your suitability for the Global Talent visa route.
  4. OFFICIAL UK VISA APPLICATION:
    If the team’s assessment is favourable, we will contact you and provide further details on the application process and associated costs.
    Together, we will work to create your very best case and portfolio and will submit your application for endorsement, followed by a visa application.
  5. WELCOME TO THE UNITED KINGDOM:
    Your UK Global Talent Visa is valid for up to five years, and you are eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom.
    After five years in the UK, you may be eligible to apply for ‘Leave to Remain’ status and, later, apply for a UK passport.

The British Global Talent Work Visa is granted for 1-5 years (and can be renewed for 1-5 years at a time indefinitely) to talented and promising individuals who are considered as leaders or emerging leaders in a specific sector and are wishing to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Qualifying business sectors include the arts (including architecture, fashion design, or film), engineering, digital technology, humanities or science.

Yes. If you are approved for a Global Talent Work, your spouse or partner and your dependent children under 18 years of age can also apply online for the relevant visa to live in the UK with you. A spouse can be a married spouse or a cohabiting partner who has lived with you for over two years. 

In general, from the time you complete your UK Immigration Consultants Assessment Application to the time you receive a decision about your British work visa application (assuming you were evaluated as eligible to continue the process), could take approximately 4-6 months.

The Global Talent Work Visa has the option to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (permanent residency in the United Kingdom) after living in the UK for a certain number of years and meeting other eligibility requirements.

After living in the UK with Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) status for a certain amount of time and satisfying other eligibility criteria, you and your family may be able to apply to receive British citizenship.

In general, a person may apply to become a British citizen after living in the UK legally for five years (including 12 months with Indefinite Leave to Remain status) and satisfying other eligibility criteria.
